Description A Club Leader plays a very imprtant role in your Sims hobby development, they peform many ceremonial functions such as contacting your Sims or awarding them with a plaque.
Levels
Level 3 - sim recieves a call noting that they have reached level 3, and that they must continue to progress their skills.
Level 5 - Visit from Leader granting them membership into the club.
Level 10 - Visit from leader granting them the clubs plaque.
Functions of Leaders
Hobby Enthusiasm: Club Leaders have Level 10 Enthusiasm. This level never decays
Skills: All leaders are fully developed in skills related to their hobby
Sims Careers
Being friends with a Leader can help you get promoted, take into acount the following careers and their hobbies. If your carrer matches the hobby, the leader of that hobby will count as 2 friends instead of 1, this could give you your much wanted promotion.
