Rod Humble, previously creative director of The Sims Label has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Head of The Sims Label. According to the announcement by EA, Nancy Smith who previously ran the Sims Label will be taking up a position on the EA Executive's with in the month.

Rod Humble is not a developer, he was previously the creative director - which was his job to make sure the game was being presented properly. It is the developers who fix the bugs such as MaxoidShannon, MaxoidSam and MaxisLucky, etc.

LoL@Nikki I thought the same thing when I saw his pic now if only he would take time to fix all these dam bugs in the sims games now that he has been promoted.
