This is confusing me now, first we have a blank page on TheSims3.com which says High-End Loft Stuff, now we have new information that says the packs name is Design & Hi-Tech Stuff. What ever the case is, quite a bit of new info has been released today!

EA.co.uk has posted this information, included was a release date of 5 February 2010. (Countdown time has been set!)
