It appears as though EA has outsourced the development of The Sims 3 on Wii to a studio known as Planet Moon. Although not often done, EA has been known to outsource different platforms to other studio, as a means to cut down costs – a popular and successful example of this was The Sims 2 on MAC, which was developed by Aspyr and the well know, epic failure of SimCity Societies by Tilted Mills. Not much else is known as to what exactly this studio has to do with the development, however lets just hope we don’t have another SimCity scenario, although very unlikely given the game already has been “developed”, as such.
